Avoma Integration: Connect Call Recordings
Connect your Avoma call recordings and meeting transcripts to Backdrop. Sync meetings automatically so they enrich your real-time sales knowledge base.
Get Your API Key
- Log in to your Avoma account.
- Navigate to Settings > Developer > API.
- Generate a new API key and copy it.
Connect Avoma in Backdrop
- In Backdrop, go to Settings > Integrations.
- Click Connect next to Avoma.
- Paste your API Key into the form.
- Click Save. Backdrop will verify your credentials automatically.
Once connected, Backdrop will sync your Avoma meetings and transcripts so they can be used as knowledge sources.
